Medico-legal experts are medical professionals who help with personal injury claims by giving an expert opinion on your injuries. They’re often Consultant Surgeons, GPs, or specialists, such as neurologists, psychologists, or orthopaedic experts. We’ll choose the right expert based on the type of injury you’ve suffered. They’ll medically examine you and write a report about how serious your injuries are, what caused them, and how long they’re likely to affect you. We use this report to help work out how much compensation you should receive.
