Location: Cardiff

The Roles

We are seeking talented and motivated Paralegals to join our team as part of our Qualifying Work Experience pathway towards solicitor qualification. These roles suit applicants who have not yet started the SQE and want to gain practical experience before beginning the assessment process. You will work within our experienced team on a broad range of personal injury cases, develop practical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting correspondence, witness statements and court documents.
  • Liaising with clients, experts and insurers to assist in the progression of claims.
  • Preparing files and supporting materials for hearings, conferences and settlement discussions.
  • Assisting solicitors with legal research, evidence gathering and case preparation.
  • Maintaining accurate case management and compliance records.

About You

  • Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Genuine interest in claimant personal injury work and access to justice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and professionalism in dealing with clients.
