We’re pleased to share some good news from the Mooneerams team. On Monday, 6 October 2025, both Ellie Robbins and Sara George were awarded solicitors training contracts and are now trainee solicitors with the firm. It’s a proud step for them, and thoroughly deserved.
Ellie joined Mooneerams in September 2024 and has quickly become a valued, well-liked member of the personal injury team. A Bryncelynnog Comprehensive School and Cardiff University alumna, she has already demonstrated the calm, client-first approach we value. A training contract feels like the natural next step in Ellie’s career.
Sara was born in Egypt and has lived in Cardiff since she was two years old. She first spent time with us on work experience, then returned after graduating from Cardiff University (LLB) to support our personal injury work as a paralegal. Sara has impressed clients and colleagues alike with her organisation, communication, and attention to detail, qualities that will serve her well as she begins her new role as a trainee. Sara also speaks fluent Arabic.
Reflecting on the appointments, Alistair Worth, our Managing Director, said:
“Both Ellie and Sara have the qualities that matter — ability, judgement and a client-first mindset. We continue to build Mooneerams by giving talented prospective lawyers meaningful work, excellent supervision and a clear path to qualification. I’m delighted for both of them and look forward to working with them in the coming months”
Everyone at Mooneerams sends their congratulations to Ellie and Sara as they start the next stage of their careers.
