The Roles
We are looking for talented and motivated Paralegals to join our team.
These positions offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside experienced solicitors on a wide range of personal injury cases.
You will play an active part in progressing claims, developing your practical legal skills, and gaining valuable experience in a busy, specialist law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting correspondence, witness statements and court documents.
- Liaising with clients, experts and insurers to assist in the progression of claims.
- Preparing files and supporting materials for hearings, conferences and settlement discussions.
- Assisting solicitors with legal research, evidence gathering and case preparation.
- Maintaining accurate case management and compliance records.
About You
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Genuine interest in claimant personal injury work and access to justice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients.
- Confidence in using AI tools effectively and responsibly.
