Bethany Davies
Beth was born and raised in Ferndale, Rhondda Cynon Taff, and she still lives in the area.
She completed her LLB Law degree in 2022 at Cardiff University and graduated in July of the same year with an upper second degree.
Beth joined Mooneerams in 2022. In June 2024 she completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in June 2024 and passed with a distinction overall. In September, Beth became a trainee solicitor after accepting Mooneerams’ offer of a Solicitors Training Contract.
After successfully completing her training, Beth qualified as a solicitor on the 2nd of September 2026. Having spent the whole of her legal career to date with Mooneerams, Beth was delighted to remain with the firm as a newly qualified solicitor and continue developing her career in personal injury law.
When Beth first joined Mooneerams, her role involved assisting the Employers’ Liability and Public Liability teams with a wide range of work on personal injury claims. This included drafting Letters of Claim and other court documents, locating suitable medical experts, carrying out legal research, and liaising with clients and third parties.
Beth now works closely with Director Angus Fergusson on serious injury cases. She has developed considerable experience of working with clients whose lives have been affected by serious injuries and is regularly involved in their cases from an early stage.
Her work includes taking witness statements, maintaining day-to-day contact with clients, preparing court documents, drafting instructions to Counsel, liaising with medical experts and other third parties, and preparing Letters of Claim.
When she’s not at work, Beth enjoys running, going to the gym, spending time with her family and friends, and going for walks with her Boxer dog, Hugo.
