Having started at Mooneerams Personal Injury Solicitors in 2008, Andrew completed his training with the firm and cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
Following 3 years as a general Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor, Andrew moved over to specialise in accidents at work and public liability claims, and currently supervises the firm’s cases in these areas. Andrew is involved in a wide range of cases, from minor injuries to fatal accidents and from straight-forward slips and trips, to complex medical negligence claims.
Andrew is actively involved in formulating the firm’s strategies and systems of work, including helping to ensure the firm meets its compliance obligations.
Andrew recently ran a case involving a cow who had attacked a rambler causing serious injuries. Having initially been faced with a denial of liability, Andrew pushed on to secure an admission of liability and a six figure settlement for the injured claimant.
Andrew lives in Whitchurch village in Cardiff. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting the local shops and pubs, running, playing squash and spending time getting to know his new-born daughter.
